Contract Renewal Mastery Class

Do you prepare the Contract Renewals for your property or property management company? If so, this Mastery Class is designed for you! Learn not only the different Contract Options available and how to determine the best one for the property, but what is needed to have a complete submission packet to HUD for prompt processing.

The Contract Renewal Mastery Class includes three webinar sessions.

Session Dates:

• Session One: Monday, May 17 from 9:00am-12:00pm
• Session Two: Tuesday, May 18 from 9:00am-12:00pm (Pacific time)
• Session Three: Wednesday, May 19 from  9:00am-12:00pm  (Pacific Time)

Total Length: 9 Hours (each webinar session is 3 hours)

Master Exam: After Session Three, participants will take the Master Exam and receive a certificate of completion. The master exam is a 2-hour timed exam with 75 questions. A 70% score is needed to pass. Participants can retake the exam for a fee of $125.

Option One Contracts

2. Recognize the difference between an Option 1A and an Option 1B contract
3. Determine if your property is eligible for an Option One contract

3. How to submit the proper documentation for an Option Two contract

Option Four Contracts
