On February 22, 2019, HUD issued Notice H-2019-04, which changes the advance notification period for an upcoming REAC inspection from 120-days to 14 calendar days.
This notice takes effect on March 24, 2019 (30-days from date of issuance.) Any requests to extend or reschedule an inspection must be submitted and approved by HUD prior to the proposed date of inspection.
