The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the San Francisco Multifamily West Regional Office value the health and safety of their partners, clients and staff. We are taking actions to address the COVID-19 pandemic and to help protect you and our team.

San Francisco Multifamily West Regional staff will be working from an alternate site and will not be meeting directly with stakeholders or residents. Please continue to submit all Asset Management work tasks electronically via email, with PDF attachments, to . Please do not submit requests or documentation in hard copy form nor by FAX as we will not be able to process at this time. Should your transaction require original signatures or notarization, please connect directly with your Account Executive to determine what steps may be taken.
