Connie has been with L.A. LOMOD Corporation for over 14 years and held positions within the Compliance and Quality Assurance departments, before moving into Administration as the Assistant Director and now, Director. She is responsible for the day to day management and leadership of the organization.

Sr. Operations Manager of Los Angeles LOMOD Corporation
Armine has nearly 14 years of experience in affordable housing programs including Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher and Multifamily Assisted Housing. She oversees the Compliance, Contracts and Voucher Departments, assists with the administration and coordination of L.A. LOMOD’s daily activities and manages special projects.

Robin has a 20+ year history of working in the subsidized housing industry. Currently, she runs E3 Housing Solutions, a new arm of LOMOD designed to provide consulting services and training programs for both Multifamily Owner/Agents and Public Housing Authority staff.

Paula oversees the Contract and Voucher Departments. For the past 10 years, Paula has held positions within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Multifamily industry that have included resident relations, property management and program compliance. She is considered an industry expert in HUD Multifamily program contract regulations and processing.
